Item Conditions
BinGo Auctions receives merchandise from a variety of sources. While we strive to accurately represent each item, all merchandise should be purchased with the understanding that condition may vary.
New
Appears unused and in new condition. Packaging may have minor wear from shipping or handling.
Like New
Appears to have little or no use with minimal cosmetic wear. Packaging may be opened or damaged.
Good
Appears functional but may show signs of use, cosmetic blemishes, damaged packaging, or be missing non-essential accessories.
As Is
Sold without guarantees. Items may be incomplete, damaged, missing parts, or non-functional. Buyers accept all risk when purchasing As Is items.
Bidding Responsibility
Every bid placed on BinGo Auctions is a binding commitment to purchase if you are the winning bidder.
Please review all available photos, descriptions, and item conditions before bidding. If you are uncertain about an item, we recommend not placing a bid.
Pickup Requirements
Winning bidders are responsible for collecting their purchases during the advertised pickup dates and times.
Please plan accordingly before participating in an auction. Staff may not be available outside of scheduled pickup hours.
Customers should verify that they have received all purchased items and inspect them before leaving the facility.
Missed Pickups & Forfeitures
Items that are not picked up before the published pickup deadline will be considered forfeited.
When an item is forfeited:
Ownership of the item is surrendered.
Payments made for the item are non-refundable.
BinGo Auctions may relist, donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the item without additional notice.
Refund Policy
All sales are considered final.
If an item has been significantly misrepresented, concerns must be brought to a manager before leaving the pickup location.
Once merchandise leaves the premises, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.
Weather & Emergency Closures
If BinGo Auctions must close due to severe weather or another unforeseen event, updated pickup information will be communicated through available channels, including the website, mobile app, email, or text notifications.
Individual travel difficulties or weather affecting only a customer's location do not automatically qualify for an extended pickup period.
Product Photos
Listings may include actual photos, manufacturer stock images, or a combination of both.
Stock images are provided only to help identify the product. The written description and listed condition should always be used as the primary representation of the item being sold.
Loading Assistance
Customers are responsible for bringing appropriate vehicles, packing materials, and assistance needed to safely transport their purchases.
BinGo Auctions staff may assist when available but cannot guarantee loading assistance for oversized or heavy items.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. Participation in any BinGo Auctions sale constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
